SECTION 1 .~; ~
Collier County Ordinance No. 78-22 is hereb~ afi~nded~y adding
%he following described land to the ~Iarco Island Lighting Municipal
Service Taxing District:
Lots 9 through 32, inclusive of Block 171; Lots 1 through 32,
inclusive of Block 172; Lots 1 through 32, inclusive of Block
i73; Lots i0 through 19, inclusive of Block 177; Lots 1 through
10, inclusive of Block 174; Lots 1 through 10, inclusive of
Block 175; Lots 1 through 9, inclusive of Block 176; Lots 1
through 5, inclusive of Block 178, Ail being located in Marco
gcach Unit 7, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages S6 and 57
of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Lots 7 through 15, inclusive of Block 134, being located in
Marco Beach Unit 4, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 33 of
the Pub]ic Records of Collier County, Florida.
SECTION l l
CONSTRI)CTION
This Ordinance shall be liberally construed to efi~ectua~
public purpose.
If any portion, phrase or word of this Ordinance is held invalid
or unconstitutional, the remaining parts shall not be affected.
SECTION III
Effective date of this Ordinance shall become effective as
provided by Law.
