Collier County Ordinance No. 78-22 is hereby ~ended..z,..by~
adding the following described land to the Marco Island ~ghting
Municipal Service Taxing District: ~ ~
Lot 17, Block 75; Lots 1 through 20, inclusive, Block
76; Lots 1 through 16, inclusive, Block 77; Lots 1
through 27,inclusive, Block 78; Lots 19 through 36
inclusive, Block 79, as recorded in Plat Book 6,
Fage 22 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida
SECTION I I
CONSTRUCTION
This Ordinance shall be liberally construed to effectuate
its public purpose.
If any portion, phrase or word of this Ordinance is held
invalid or unconstitutional, the remaining parts shall~ot b~-
affected.
