RESOLUTION NO. 86-~
RESOLUTION APPOINTING AND AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS
ADMINISTRATOR. THE TRANSPORTATION DIRECTOR. THE WATER
MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR. AND THE ENGINEERING DIRECTOR TO
EXECUTE PERMIT APPLICATIONS ANn OTHER DOCtrnENTS AND
AGREEMENTS PEtl.TAINING TO THE PURCHASE OF ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY,
EASEMENTS, AND PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC WORKS ACTIVITIES.
WHEREAS, the Board of County COllllllissioners of Collier County has a need
for Public Works activities throughout the County which require permitting by
local, state, and federal agencies and which require ac:qu1sition of
way; and
WHEREAS. it is the intention of said Board to make applicatione, submit
documents and agreements to local, state, and federal agencies; and
WHEREAS, in order to expedite proceasing, it is necessary to officially
appoint and have of record County officials to execute permit applications to
various agencies including the following:

Florida Department of Environmental Regulation
Florida Department of Natural Resources
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
U.S. Coast Guard
Federal Aviation Administration
Florida Marine Patrol
U.S. Department of Interior, Fish and Wildlife Service
Florida Game and Fresh Water Fish COllllllission
Big Cypress Basin/South Florida Water.Management District
Environmental Protection Agency
WHEREAS. in order to expedite proc~ssing, it ,is necessary .to
record County officials to' ~,,~eht~i'agreements,': "h~';f1n
of the County does not exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5.000)
road right-of-way, easements, and ;~eal proper~y
activities
1. The Public Works Administrator, the director,
Water Management Director, and the Engineering Director are
hereby appointed and authorized to execute the documents
aforesaid for and on behalf of Collier County.
2. Said officers shall execute the documents in the
manner:

3. Resolution No. 82-128 is hereby repealed and superseded by this
Resolution.
