AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 77-44 RELATING
TO WATER RATES WIn{IN THE GOODLAND WATER DISTRICT;
ESTABLISHING A RATE SCHEDULE; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
W"HEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County
did on September 13, 1977 adopt Ordinance No. 77-44, which, among
other things, established a rate schedule for charges for water
service within the Goodland Water District; and
WHEREAS, the cost factors which determine said previously
adopted rate schedules have changed in the ensuing period as
a result of changed construction plans relating primarily to
water supply;
NOW ~{EREFORE BE IT ENACTED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COi~MISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA that
