Section 1. Definitions.
Ordinance No. 75-11 is hereby amended by adding the follow-
ing definition:
County Manager: shall mean the County Manager or his
designee.
Section 2. Conflict and Severability
(a) In the event this Ordinance conflicts with other
applicable law, the more restrictive shall apply. If any portion
of this Ordinance is in conflict with an ordinance of any muni-
cipality within Collier County, it shall not be effec~ve w~hi~
the municipality to the extent of such conflict. ~ "-
(b) If any section, subsection, sentence, clause,~phra.s~, ['~
or portion of this Ordinance is, for any reason, held ~nvalt~oz~--'
unconstitutional by any court of competent Jurisdictions. such~
portion shall b~ deemed a separate, distinct and independent
provision of such holding and shall not affect the validity of
the remaining portion thereof.
Section 3. Effective Date.
This Ordinance shall become effective upon becoming law.
