ADJUSTMENT OF THE "ST" OVERLAY LINE;
AND BY PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the County Planning Department has petitioned
the Board of County Commissioners to change the Zoning
Classifications of the hereinafter de;cribed properties as
part of the Annual Review of the Zoning Regulations;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
That the Zoning Classifications of the herein described
real properties are hereby changed from "MHSD" ~oblle
Home Subdivision to "RM-1A" Residential Multifamily and
from "RM-1ST" Residential Multifamlly Special Treatment
and "RM-I" Residential Mul'tifamily to "RM-i" and "RM-1ST"
for an adjustment of the Special Treatment Overlay Line;
and the Zoning Atlas Map Number 50-25-1 and Number 50-25-6
are hereby amended accordingly:
