'WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners requested
that the Entry Level Housing section of Ordinance 76-30
be amended ~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida that=
SECTION ONE=
Amend Section 94, PUD - Planned Unit Development District
by adding the following language to Paragraphs 6D(2) &
6D(2).Entry level multi-family rental dwellings in
accordance with Paragraph 6F of this section, excluding
Paragraph 5B(4-7) and Paragraph 6G, H & J. (To become
effective April 1~ 1982)
6F.Multi-Family Entry Level Rental Housing Areas (T__o
become effective April 1, 1982)
SECTION TWO=
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of
notice that it has been filed by the Secretary of State.
