.WHEREAS, The ~omprehenstve Plan of Co111er County, Flortda (ordinance
f7g-32) presently rejects a land use tn accordance wtth Petitioner's
amended Stte Plan (see Ftgure 3 of Ordinance #79-32); and
· ~tl~ER£AS, Petlttoner has requested an amendment of Exhibit "C" Site
Plan of Ordinance 177-18 to reject an exchange of land uses in the
vicinity of the intersection of Gulf Park Drive and U.S. 41 and to
cause its PUD {Ordinance #77-18) to conform to Collier County's. Compre-
hensive Plan (Ordinance #79-32); and
~iEREAS, actual field conditions (e.~. water management facilities
and medtan cuts on U.S. 41) requtred realignment of the Eastern end of
Gulf Park Ortve;
THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County Con~isstoners
of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The present Exhibit "C" SITE PLAN for Ordinance #77-18 is hereby
deleted and a new Exhibit "C" SITE PLAN tn accordance with Attachment
hereto ts hereby substituted in Its place.
SECTION TWO:
Th~s Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of nottce that
has been filed with the Secretary of State.
