WHEREAS, The Deltona Corporation has petitioned the Board
County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida to change the
Zoning Classification of he~einafter described property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real
property is changed from 'RS-4" Residential Single Family
to 'GRC" General Retail Commercial and the Zoning Atlas Map
Number MI-5 as described in Ordinance 76-30 is hereby amended
accordingly:
Tracts "R-A' and "R-B" of replat of a portion of
Marco Beach, Unit Eleven, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 24 through
26 inclusive of the public records of Collier County,
Florida
SECTION TWO=
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of
notice that it has been filed with the Secretary of State.
