"R-A" AND "R-B" OF REPLAT OF A PORTION
OF MARCO BEACH, UNIT ELEVEN, AND BY
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
W~EREAS, The Deltona Corporation petitioned the Board
of County Commissioners to change the Land Use Classification
of the herein described real propertyi
NOW, tHEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Land Use Classification of the herein described real
property is changed from Recreational and Open Space and Institu-
tional to Commercial and thu Work Study Area Map #4 as described
in Ordinance 79-32 is hereby amended accordingly:
FROM RECREATIONAL AND OPEN SPACE AND INSTITUTIONAL TO
COMMERCIAL
Tracts "R-A" and "R-B" of replAt'of a portion of
Marco Beach, Unit Eleven, according to th~ plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 24 through
26 inclusive of the public records of Collier
County, Florida.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon notice that
it has been received by the Office of Secretary of State.
