PLANNING DISTRICT OF COLLIER COUNTY BY
AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS MAP NUMBER
MI-5 BY CHANGING THE ZONING F~OM
SINGLE FAMILY TO "PC" PROFESSIONAL COM-
MERCIAL ON THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED
PROPERTY~: LOTS 2, 3, 4, 5 AND 6, BLOCK
109, UNIT 3, MARCO BEACH SUBDIVISION~
AND BY PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, Dr. Ahmet G~rsoy has petitioned the Board of
County Commissioners to change the Zoning Classification of
the hereinafter described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE~
The Zoning Classification of the hereinafter described
real property in Collier County, Florida is changed from
"RS-4" Singl= Family to "PC" Professional Commerckal and the
Zoning Atlas Map Number MI-5 is hereby amended accordingly:
Lots 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6, Block 109, Unit 3, Marco
Beach Subdivision
SECTION TWO:
