COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
BY AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT WORK STUDY
AREA MAP ~4 FROM RESIDENTIAL 0-4 UNITS PER. ACRE
TO COMMERCIAL LAND USE ON THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED'
PROPERTYI UNIT 3, BLOCK 109, LOTS 2, 3, 4, 5, ' '
AND 6, MARCO BEACH SUBDIVISION; AND BY PRO-
VIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE

WHEREAS, Dr. Ahmet Gurso~ has petitioned the Board of
County Commissioners to change the Land Use Classification of
the herein described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Co~nissioners of Collier County, Floridal
SECTION ONE~
The Land Use Classification of the herein described real
pzoperty is changed from Residential 0-4 units per acre land
use to rommercial land use as herein described and the Wor~
Study Area Map %4 as described in Ordinance 79-32 is hereby
amended accordingly:
