WHEREAS, Robert P. Smith, Agent, representingPTlmothy
G. Hains, Trustee, petitioned the Board of County Commissioners
to change the Zoning Classification of the herein described
real property~
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE=
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real
property is changed from "A" Agriculture to "RM-i" M~tif
and the Zoning Atlas Map Number 48-25-5 as described ~n
Ordinance 76-30 is hereby amended accordingly: o
The Northwest 1/4 of Southeast 1/4 of Section 1~
Township 48 South, Range 25 East, less a 13.56 a~re
parcel in the Northwest corner of the property
which measures 691.52 feet on Wiggins Pass Road
and 854.17 feet in the North-South direction, and
less a 4.86 parcel in the Northeast corner of the
property which measures 628.48 feet on Wiggins Pass
Road and 337.99 feet in the North-South direction.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of
notice that it has been filed with the Secretary of State.
