SECTION OXE:
The Zonin8 Ordinance 76-30 is hereby amended as follovs:
Amend S~ction 38, "E" Estates District, Paragraph 2, B, by adding a
new subparagraph (6) which reads as follows:

Nobile homet motor home or travel trailert as a temporary
residence while permanent residence iS bain8 construct,d.
Upon issuance of a buildinS permit for the constructio~of a
permanent residence~ the Board of County Commissioners~a7
approve a permit for the temporary use of s mobile homd~
motor home or travel trailer while the permanent reside~:e is
being constructed. ~ '~' '"
The duration of such per. it shall be for a maximum perio~of
one hundred eighty (180) days or upon completion of the perma-
nent residence for which the buildinS permit was issued~
whichever occurs first.
The temporary permit may be extended by the Board of County
Comisstoners upon request of the permittee one time for a
period of time not steerer than ninety (90) days.
Prior to approving a permit for the temporary use of a mobile
home~ motor home or travel trailert the Board of County
Comissioners shall take the followin; factors into considera-
tion:
The location is sufficiently remote to Justify a tempo-
rary residence on the property in order to prevent
lng or damage to the permanent residence bein~ construct
ed.
The location is sufficiently isolated so aa to make te~p-,.
orary residency ou the property desirable in order to
provide i~ediste protection in the event o£ fire or other
natural disaster sUch as hurricane.
Prier to approving or denyins a request for the extension~ the ,
Board shall consider the Zontn~ Director's recom~endstion ~or spproo
vsl or denial. .-
