1/4 OF SECTION 1, Th0S, R25E; AND BY
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, Mr. Fred C. Strom has petitioned the Board of
County Commissioners to change the Zoning Classif£cation of the
hereinafter described real property~

SECTION ONE: -
The Zoning Classification of the hereinafte~ ~crib~ real
property in Collier County, Florida ~s changed
Agriculture to "PC" Professional Commercial and the Official
Zoning Atlas Map Number 50-25-1 as described in Ordinance
76-30 is hereby amended accordingly:
South 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4
of Section 1, Township 50 South, Range 25 East
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of
notice that it has been filed with the Secretary of State.
