NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Boara'~
~ounty~
Co~issioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Ordinance 76-30 is hereby amended as follows~
Amend Section 48, paragraph 5, Residential Rezone Petition to
read as follows:
Residential Rezone Petition: A petition to rezone
land to residential shall be graded to ~etermine
adequate community facilities and services by the
following portions of the rating system~ Water,
sewer, streets and highways, drainage, environmental
compatibility, e~ fire, existing community parks,
elementary schools, and mosquito control. Any petition
receiving 31 points sha~l be conSiderd as having
adequate community facilities and services.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of
notice that it has been filed with the Secretary of State.
