AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION SEVEN
(C) OF ORDINANCE NO. 80-47 TO SPECIFI-
CALLY ALLOW THE CITY OF NAPLES *TO
INCREASE ANY PARKING PENALTY BY FIVE
($5.00) DOLLARS, IN CONJUCTION WITH THE
COUNTY PENALTY SYSTEM ESTABLISHED IN
ORDIN^NCE NO. 80-47, IF PAYMENT IS NOT
RECEIVED PRIOR TO NOTICE BEING MAILED
TO THE REGISTERED OWNER BY CERTIFLED
MAIL; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DA~j~.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commlssloner~,_.~f~olller
County, Florida:
SECTION ONE: :':'.
Section Seven (C) of Ordinance No. 80-47 providing f~ an In-
crease penalty of five ($5.00) dollars if payment is not received prior
to Notice being mailed to the registered owner by Certified Mail shall
be amended to read as follows:
The amount of any penalty specified in this section or any penalty.
for municipal parking violations shall be increased by five ($5.00) dOl-
lars if payment is not received by the Clerk prior to Notice belng
mailed to the registered owner by Certified Mail pursuant to Subsection
D of Section Nine of this Ordinance.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective as provided by law.
