BY REZONING 'file FOLLOWING DESCRIBED
PROPERTY FROM "A" AGRICULTURE TO
SINGLE FAMILY~ LOT 8, UNIT 2, COCONUT
CREEK SUBDIVISION WHICH IS LOCATED ON THE
SOUTH SIDE OF GAIL BOULEVARD AT THE END
OF ESTHER STREET AND BY PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Leonard Spicer petitioned the Board of County
Commissioners to change the zoning classification of the
herein described real property!
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County,
SECTION ONE~
The Zoning Classification of the herein described
real property is changed from "A" Agriculture to "RS-I"~,~.~
Single Family and the Official Zoning Atlas Map Num~er
50-25-1 as described in Ordi~ance 76-30
accordingly~
Lot 8, Unit 2, Coconut Creek Subdivision
SECTION TWO,
This Ordinance shell become effective upon notice that
it has been received by the Secretary of State.
