WHEREAS, the Board of ~ounty Commissioners of Collier County on January 15, 1979 and December 26, 1979, respectively, did enact Ordinance No. 79-1 and Ordinance No. 79-104 creating, respectively, the Willoughby Acres Water and Sewer Municipal Services Benefit Unit and a Municipal Services Taxing and Benefit Unit to provide water and sewer for Willoughby, in Willoughby Acres, both ordinances having been enacted for the purpose of expediting construction of a water and sewer system in the area known as Willoughby Acres and more particularly described in said ordinances, and WHEREAS, this system is presently being constructed by and is part of the County Water-Sewer Distric~ and being financed by interest loan from the Fa~ers Home A~intstratton, and ~ ~EREAS, the Municipal Service Taxing Units created b~hese~ ordinances are therefore no longer necessary, and ~ER~S, the removal of ~hm ~axtng units created by will simplify the preparation of the Colllm= ~ tax tolls resulting in a savings to the Ca~aye~ of Ch~ County, and ~E~S, the i~ediate enactmen: of this ordinance rmpealins the ordinances d~scribed above is necessary ~n order Co prevent the unneces- sary inclusion of these units in the Collier County tax rolls; NOW, THE~FO~ BE IT O~AI~D BY T~ BO~ OF CO~ CO~ISSIO~RS OF COLLIER COU~Y, ~OKIDA that: SECTION O~: Ordinance No. 79-1 and Ordinance No. 79-104 are hereby repealed. SECTION ~O: For the reasons cited above, the ~ard of Co~y Coarses.ers of Collier County, Florida declares that an emerseney ~s a~ the i~ediate enactment of this Ordinance ~s necessary~efo~, notice requirements are waived and this Ordinance shall take a£fect immediately upon its placement in the United States mail to the Secretary of S~ate.
