WHEREAS, Mr. William L. Blackwe11, agent, petitions4 the
Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida to
change the Zoning Classification of the hereinafter described
property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Boar~ of County
co~missioners of Collie= County, Florida, %
SECTION ONE~ ~
property is changed from "A" Agriculture to "i" Induatr] ,
and the Zoning Atlas Map Number 48-25-5 aa described in ~
Ordinance 76-30 is hereby amende~ accor~ingly~
All of West 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Bection 15,
T48S, R2§E lying west of the Atlantic Coastline
Railroad right of way, excepting the north 2,030
feet thereof. All being subject to an easement of
30 feet along the south boundary and subject to a
Florida Power and Light easement along the west
boundary.
SECTION TWO~
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt o~
notice that it has been filed with the Secretary of State.
