WHEREAS, Mr. William Blackwe11, agent, petitioned the
Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida to
change the Land Use Classification of the hereinafter described
property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida~
SECTION ONE:
The Land Use Classification of the herein described real
property is changed from 0-6.22 Residential to Industrial and
the Work Study Area Map 11 al described in Ordinance ~9-32
hereby amended accordingly~ ~
All of the West 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Ssction~
15, T48S, R25E lying welt of the Atlantic Coaetlineo.,
Railroad right of way, excepting the north 2,030
feet thereof. All being subject to an easement of
30 feet along the south boundary and being subject
to a Florida Power and Light easement along the west
boundary.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of.
