TO RECREATION OPEN 8PACE LAND USE ON THE
FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY~ PART OF THE
SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 16~ TOWNSHIP 48
SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST WHICH IS LOCATED
SOUTH OF SUNNY TRAIL HEIGHTS AND EAST OF c~

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida~
SECTION ONE~
The Land Use Classification of the herein described real
property is changed from Residential 0-6.22 units to Reefed-
tion Open Space Land Use and the Work Study Area Map %1 as
described in Ordinance 79-3~ is hereby amended accordingly~ .
Commencing at the East 1/4 corner of Section 1~,
Township 4OS, Range 25E, Collier County, Flori~al
thence along the East an~ West 1/4 line of sai~ -'-
Section 16, South 88~07'17"Wes~ 3.14 feet to ~ -~ ~'-
intersection of said 1/4 line with the tangent~o
the curve of the East right-of-way line of US ,
(S-90, the Tamiami Trail); thence along said t~gent~

East 1480.30 feet; thence South 88"59'30#West
feet to the West right-of-way line of said US 41!
