WHEREAS~ on 3une 3, 1980~ the aoard of county Commis~ionar~
considered ~etit~on R-80-11C requesting rezon~ng of Lots 71-76
and Lots 88-93, Plantation Island Mobile Home Subdiv~sion from
RM-1A Mult~-Family to MHSD Mobile Home Subdivis~on;
WHEREAS, on June 3, 1980, the Board of County Comm~ssionera
approved Petition R-80-11C for rezoning o£ the above described
property;
WHEREAS, in Section One of Ordinance 80-48, a typographical
error was made inadvertently omitting Lots 73-76~
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Collier County, Florida~
SECTION ONE~
The legal descr~ption aa describe~ ~n Section One of
Ordinance 80-48 be amended to read as follows~
From RM-1A to MHSD
Lots 71-76 and Lots 88-92 Plantation Island Mobile
Home Subdivision.
SECTION TWO=
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of
notice that it has been filed with the Secretary of State.
