WHEREAS, tt Is in 'the interest of good site planntng and land use
to permit within the GTo~p 2 parcels multi-family residential buildings
of no more than three (3) stories of living untts~
NOW, TtIEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
Section 5.03 A is hereby amended to provide for a new subsection
(2) as follows:
"2) Multi-family residential units including garden apartments."
Present Sections 5.03 A, 2) & 3) are hereby renumbered to 5.03 A, 3) & 4).
SECTION TWO:
Section 5.04.04 A is hereby repealed and the following is substituted
in its place:
"A. Three (3) stories above the finished grade of
lot.
In order to comply with the minimum flood elevation
requirements, the maximum height of a structure
shall be measured from the minimum base flood ele-
vation required by the Flood Elevation Ordinance."
SECTION THREE:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice that
it has been filed with the Secretary of State.m ~'
