WHEREAS, the Plannlng Department requests the BeetLed of Coun~.~
Commlssloners of Collier County, Florida to change the Land Use Classi-
fication of the herein described real property~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commlsslone~s of Collier County, Florida;
SEC. TION ONE:
The Land Usa Classification of the hereln described real p~operty
is changed f~om Agricultural Land Use to Low Density (0-2 Units Per
Gross Acre) Resldentlal Land Use and the Work Study Area Map #5 is
hereby amended accordingly:
The East 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 and the Northeast 1/4 excluding:
the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4, the S 1/2 of the SE 1/4
of the NE 1/4, the N 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 less the
West 198.89 feet, the East 644.5 feat of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4
of the NE 1/4, and the East 485.50 feet, South 270.20 feet, of the
SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 36, Townshlp 46
South, Range 28 East~ Collier' County, Florida.
SECTION TWO:
This ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of' notice that It
has been filed with the Secretary of State. ~
