WHEREAS, Mr. Rollie Rice has petitioned the Board of
County Commissioners to change the Land Use Classification
of the herein described realproperty;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, FloridaI
SECTION ONE~
The Land Use Classification of the herein described real
property is changed from 0-6.22 to Recreation Open Space
and the Land Use Element Work Study Area Map %4 is hereby
amended accordinglys
The NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4, less the Northerly 258.45
feet and less the Southerly 124.29 feet thereof! and
~E 1/4 of SW 1/4, less the Northly 258.45 feet and less
Southerly 124.29 feet and less the westerly 100 feet
thereof, containing 60 acres all in Section 11, T51S,
R26E

This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of ~
