Service Taxing District shall be amended Co read as follows:
All of the lands encompassed in that certain recorded
subdivision known as Pelican Bay Unit I, as recorded
in Plat Book 12, Pages 47'$2, inclusive, of the public
records of Collier County, Florida; and
All of the lands encompassed in that certain
recorded subdivision known as Pelican Bay
Unit II, except for those parcels designated
Parcels '~", 'N" and "0" w~thin said Pelican
Bay Unit II, as recorded in Plat Book 12,
Pages 74-79 of the public records of Collier
County, Florida.
SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall become ef£active as provided
by law.
