representing Anthony Mincolla, has Petitioned ~oard~
of County Commissioners to change the Land Use~Classifica~ion
of the herein described real property;
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Comissioners of Collier County, Florida~
SECTION ONE:
The Land Use Classification of the herein descried
real property is changed from Residential 6.22-30 uni~_
to Commercial and the Work Study Area Map ~2 is hereby ~
amended accordingly~ ~%
All that part of Section 34, Township 49 South,
Range 25 East, Collier County, Florida and being
more particularly described as follows~
Commencing at the center of Section 34, Township
