WHEREAS, Kunwar Jain petitioned the Board oG~ty Com-
missioners to change the Land Use Claseif~catio~o~ the h~rein
described real property~
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida~
SECTION ONE:
The Land Use Classification of the hereinafter described
real property in Collier County, Florida £e changed from
Areas of Environmental Sensitivity to Agriculture Land Use
and the Work Study Area Map t3 as described in Ordinance 79-32
is hereby amended accordingly=
Commencing at the NE corner of Section 10, Township
50 South, Range 26 East, run west 1850~ along Section
Line, south 460~ to the P.O.B., thence south 233.9~,
west 480~, north 235.3~ and thence east 480~ to the
said P.O.B.
SECTION TWO~
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice
that it has been filed with the S~retary of State.
