Maximum Density. 16 residential units per gross acre. Minimum Lot Area Requirement. Five (5) acres. Minimum Lot Width. One hundred and fifty (15~) feet as measured"'at the front yard building line setback. Minimum Yard Requirements. Depth of front yard - Thirty (30) feet plus one (1) foot for each two (2) feet of building height over thirty (30) feet. b) Depth of side yard - Fifteen (15) feet plus one (1) foot for each two (2) feet of building height over thirty (30) feet. c) Depth of rear yard - Thirty (30) feet plus one foot for each two (2) feet of building height over thirty (30) feet. SITE PLAN APPROVAL Prior to the issuance of a building permit, a Site Plan shall be submitted to and approved by the Division of Community Development~N~he request shall include materials necessary to demonstrate that the approval of the s~te plan will be in harmony with the general intent and purpose of this document. Such material may include, but is ~ot limited to, site plans at an appropriate scale showing proposed placement of structures on the property; provisions for ingress and egress, parking areas; and requires yard~ and other open spaces. 4. DESIGN AND OPERATION a. The project will be a rental apartment complex. The design of the apartment bulldings,.landscaping, and recreational facilities, as well as'the marketing and advertising themes will be directed toward the younger entry level working residents of Collier County. -5- The complex shall include one and two bedroom apartments and perhaps some efficiency apartments and will have a rental and management office and a laundramat for residents. Annual leases will be offered.
