ESTATES AND BY PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, Wilson, Miller, Barton, $oll & Peek, Inc.,
repr~senting Mr. Ed Bracken petitioned the Board of County
Commissioners to change the land use clas=ification of the herein
described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida~
SECTION ONE~
The land use classificatlon of :he hereinafter described
real property in Collier County, Florida is changed from
Commercial to Residential 6.22-30 units per gross acre
work study area map ~3 is hereby amended accordingly,

Tract Map according to the Plat thereof as recor~d
