AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 79-32
THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF COLLIER COUNTY~
FLORIDA BY BY AMENDING THE LAND USE
PLAN WORK STUDY AREA 2 BY CHANGING
THE LAND USE FROM 0-4 RESIDENTIAL TO
COMMERCIAL ON LAND LOCATED IN THE SW~4
OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 40 SOUTH~ RANGE
Z5 EAST~ AND BY PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the County Planning Department petitioned the Board of
County Commissioners to amend the Land Use Element of the Comprehen-
sive Plan;
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County~ Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Comprehensive Land Use Plan is hereby changed and Work
Study Area Maps 1 & Z as described In Ordinance 79-32 are hereby
amended accordingly:
AMEND COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FROM 0-4 RESIDENTIAL TO COMMERCIAL
N~, SW~4, SW~, SW~I less N 30' and less W 100' Section 12~ Township
12, Township 49 South~ Range 25 East.
N~, NW~i, SW~i, SW~4 less W 100' for ROW and
less 100' for ROW and less S 30'~ Section 12~ Township 49 South,
Range 25 East.

Range 25 East.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice that It
has been filed with the Secretary of State.
