THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING REGULATIONS FOR
THE UNINCORPORATED AREAS OF THE COASTAL
AREA PLANNING DISTRICT BY AMENDING
NUMBER 50-26-3 BY REZONXNG THE FOLLOWING
DESCRIBED PROPERTY FROM "A" AGRICULTURE
TO "MHRP" MOBILE HOME RENTAL PARK:
THE WEST 1/2 OF EAST 1/2 OF NORTHEAST
1/4, LESS RIGHT OF WAY (C-856), SECTION
5, TOWNSHIP 50 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST
AND BY PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, Bruce Green & Associates, representing Donald
Stoneburner, Trustee, has petitioned the Board of County Com-
missioners to change the zoning classification of the herein
described real property~
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
:~ECTION ONE:
The zoning classification of the herein described real
property is changed from "A" Agriculture to "MHRP" Mobile Home
Rental Park and the zoning atlas map number 50-26-3 as described
in Ordinance 76-30 is hereby amended accordingly:
From "A" Agriculture to "MHRP" Mobile Home Rental Park
The West 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4,
less right of way (C-856), Section 6, Township 50
South, Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of
notice that it has been filed with the S~cretary of S~te. ~
