AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 79-32, THE
'COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA, BY AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT
WORK STUDY AREA MAP $3 FROM RESIDENTIAL
6.22-30 UNITS PER GROSS ACRE TO COMMERCIAL
LAND USE ON THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED
PROPERTY: A PORTION OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4
OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 12,
TOSTNSHIP 50 SOUTH, AND BY PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEP~AS, Scamehorn-White, Inc., representing the Overseas
Development Corporation, petitioned th~'Board of County Com-
missioners to change the Land Use Classification of the herein
described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Land Use Classification of the herein described real
property is changed from Residential, 6.22-30 units per gross
acre to Commercial Land Use and the Work Study Area Map
as described in Ordinance 79-32, is hereby amended accordingly:
From Residential 6.22-30 unitu to Commercial
Lands in the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 12,
Township 50 South, Range 25 East, Collier County,
Florida; from the Southwest corner of Section 12,
a distance of 2306.25 feet thence run N89°41'10"E
a distance of 70.00 feet to east right-of-way line
of State Road S 858 and the POINT OF BEGINNING of this
description: thence N89°41'10"E a distance of 584.12
feet; thence N0"10'50"W a distance of 200 feet;
thence S89"41'10" a distance of 584.12 feet to the
east right of way line of State Road S858; then~
S0'18'50"E a distance of 200 feet to the Point ~
Beginning less the West 200 feet of the above
described property.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon recent of=~
notice that it has been filed with the Secretary of State.
