BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY CO/~IISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE:
Collier County Ordinance No. 72-1 is hereby amended by adding the following
described land to the Collier County Street Lighting District:
'Crews Subdivision, as recorded in Plat
Book 9, Page 48 of the Publtc Records of
Co111er County, Florida
SECTION TWO:
A. Construction
This ordinance shall be liberally const-ued to effect'uate its public purpose.
If any portion, ph~a'se or word of this ordinance is held invalid or unconstt-
:uttonal, the remaining parts shall not be affected·
B. Effective Date
Effective date of this ordinance shall become effective as provided by la:~.
