COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA~
Section 1. Creation Pur ose Taxin Authorit .
The Pine Ridge Industrial Park Municipal Services Taxing and
Benefit Unit (the "Unit") is hereby created, with boundariee
described as follows~
Section 11, T~wnship 49 South Range 25 East
Tho Unit ~ereby created and established is for the purpose
of exercising those powers authorized by Florida Statutes Chapter
~25 and other applicable laws.
Section 2. Governin Board Powers anu D~ties.
The governing board of the Unit shall be the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida with the power and duty
to conduct the affairs of the Unit as prescribed by Florida
Statutes.
Section 3. Construction and Severabilit~.
1. This 'Ordinance shall be liberally construed to
effectuate its public purpose.
2. If any portion, phrase or word of this Ordinance is held
invalid or unconstitutional, the remaining parts shall not be
affected.
Section 4. Effective Date.
?, This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of
acknowledgment from the Secretary of State that this Ordinance
has been filed with that office.
