DISTRICT 4 MST UNIT HITII POWERS AUTHORIZED UNDER CIIAPTER 125
OF THE FLORIDA STATUTES; AND ESTABLISIIED TIlE DOARD OF COUNTY
COb~ISSIONERS AS Tile GOVERNING BOARD
WHEREAS, tiro'District 4 HST Unit was created and established for the purpose
of exercising those powers authorized by Florida Statutes Chapter 125 and other
applicable laws, and
WHEREAS, the District 4 MSI' Unit was created by Ordinance No. 76-73 enacted
by the Board of County Corrmtssioners on December 21, 1976 and recorded tn OR Book
G, Pages 170-172 inclusively with the geographical boundaries of the District
described therein, and
WIIEREAS, due to the 1980 Census, the geographical boundaries of said District
have been changed to include only those lands wtthtn the boundaries of the City
of Naples Limits, and
WHEREAS, said prevfously enacted unit ts no longer required.
NOW, TItEREFORL, BE IT ORDAINED BY TIlE BOARD OF COUNTY COI~'~IISSIONERS OF COLLIER
COUNTY, THAT:
1. Ordinance ~to. 76-73 enacted by the Board of County Commissioners on
December 21, 1976 and recorded tn OR Book 6, Pages 170-172 inclusively
is hereby rescinded.
2. This Ordinance shall be liberally construed to effectuate its public
purpose. If any portion, phrase or word of this Ordinance ts held
invalid or unconstitutional, the remaining parts shall not be affected.
3. The Clerk to the Board shall file a certified copy of this Ordinance with
the Department of State as soon after its enactment as is practicable,
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice that tt has been
filed with the Secretary of State.
