RESOLUTION NO. 2010 - 241
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING GARY MCNALLY TO THE COLLIER
COUNTY CONSUMER ADVISORY BOARD.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 2009-27 established the Collier County
Consumer Advisory Board for the purpose of hearing public consumer issues and any appeals
from adverse administrative decisions as it relates to a public vehicle license permit; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 2009-27, the Advisory Board shall consist of five
members; and
WHEREAS, there is currently one vacant, unexpired term on this Advisory Board; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that GARY MCNALLY is hereby
appointed to the Collier County Consumer Advisory Board to fulfill the unexpired term, said
term to expire on December 1, 2013.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED after motion, second and majority vote on this the 14th
day of December, 2010.
