THE COMPRE}[ENSIV~ ZONING REGULATIONS FOR
THE UNINCORPORATED AREA OF TI{E COASTAL
AREA PLANNING DISTRICT BY AMENDING TIlE
OFFICIAL ZONING ATLAS MAP NUMBER 51-26-2,
BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION
FROM "MHRP# MOBILE NOME RENTAL PARK TO
RM-1 MULTIFAMILY AND SINGLE FAMILY ON THE
FOLLOWING DESCRIBBD PROPERTYz PART OF
SECTION 3, TOWNS}lIP 51 SOUTN, RANGE 26
EAST; AND BY PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
I~IEREAS, Fred J. Morrison, representing Dorothy flop-
croft, petitioned the Board of County Commissioners to change
the Zoning Classification of the herein described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida~
SECTION ONE ~
The Zoning Classification of the he=ein described real
property located in Section 3, Township 51 South, Range 26 Sast
is changed from "MHRP" Mobile ~ome Rental Park to "RM-I" Single
and Multifamily; and the Official Zoning Atlas Map Number 51-26-2
asxdescribed in Ordinance 76-30 is hereby amended accordingly:
