WHEREAS, Quail Roost Assoc'iates petitiohedud the Board
of County Co~issioners to change the Zoning Classification of
the herein described rea1 property~
NOW, THE~FO~ BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Co~lssioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real
property is changed from "MHSD" Mobile Home Subdivision to #MHSD-
Mobile Home Subdivision-Group Housing~ and the Official Zoning
Atlas Map Number 51-26, as described in Ordinance 76-30, is hereby
amended accordingly=
The West% of the SW%, less the northerly
957.93 feet thereof, and the West 50 feet
of the East ½ of the SW%, less the
northerly 957 feet thereof, all in Section
11, Township 51 South, Range 26 Ea.t, Collier
County, Florida. Subject to a road and
drainage easement over the ~asterly 50
of said property, the S 110 feet of the W
of the SW%, and the South 110'
West 50 feet of the E ~ of the SW%, all in
Section 11, Township 51 South, Range 26 Eas
Collier County, Florida, and any other ease~
ments, restrictions and reservations of. regard,
if any.
SECTION TWO=
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of
notice that it has been filed with the Secretary of State.
