THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR COLLIER
COUNTY, FLORIDA, DY AMENDING THE LAND
USE ELEMENT WORK STUDY AREA MAP ~[2 FROM
RESIDENTIAL MEDIUM TO HIGI1 DENSITY
(6.22 - 30 UNITS PER GROSS ACRE} TO
COMMERCIAL ON TIlE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED
PROPERTY: A PORTION OF THE NORTIIEAST ~
OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 49S, RANGE 25E;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Robert I.~. Reed, II, representing Progress,
Corner, Ltd., petitioned the Board .of County Commissioners
to change the Land Usu Classification of the herein de,crib-
ed real property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Conun~ssioncrs of Collier County, Florida=
SECTION ONE:
The Land Use Classif~cation of the herein described property
is changed from Residential Medium to High Density (6.22 -
30 units per gross acre) to Commercial and the Work Study
Area l.]ap 02 as described in Ordinance 79-32 is hereby
amended accordingly:
Commencing ut the Northeast cornier of Suction 14,
Township .t9 south, Range 25 East, run southerly
along the east line of Section 14 S 01"09'55"E,
600.00 feet, ~aid section line also being the east
right-of-way line of Airport Road (eR-31), Thence
S 88"50'05" W, 100.00 feet to the west right-of-
way line of said Airport Road and the Point of
