Upon adoption of the district budget by thc Board it shall cause the budget to be recorded in the Board ndnutes and shall cause to be levied on ail property within the district, a ~11age ~ufficient to fund the budget not exceeding one and one-half (1-1/2) m~11 in any one year to be assessed and collected as though County taxes. SECTION 2. Efffective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon receipt of notice that it has been £iled with the Secretary of State.
