the Board of County Commissioners to change the Land Use

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, FLorida~
SECTION ONE:
The Land Use Classification of the herein described p~perty
is changed from Residential Medium Density (0-6.22 uni:~s pe~
gross acre) to Commercial and the Work Study Area Map?94
described in Ordinance 79-32 is hereby amended accord~gly:~
A portion of Section 2, Township S0 South, Range
25 East more specifically described as follows=

Terrace Subdtvision~ and Lots 5-11 and
14-15 of Huddleson Subdiv~ston.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon notice that it
has been received by the Office of the Secretary of State.
