Containing 58.0 acres more or less. SECTION ~0: The governing body of the District shall be ex-officio the Board of County C~tssioners of Collier County, Florida. SECTION THREE: The District ts fomed for the purpose of providing street lighting tn the above described subdivision and ~o that end shall possess all the p~rs to do all things reasonably necessary to prOvide such services, including ~ershtp or rental property, poles, wires, c~duits, lights, meters, ~nd the po~r to maintain the sa~ and to enter into contracts for providing the same and the electric current to operate any lighting system therein installed, ~ ' . SECTION FOUR: Fo~ the purpose of car~tng into effect this Ordinance, the Board of .r~ County C~ttSloners shall annually, at the time required by general budgetary law, an ttmized estimate of the mmount of m~ey requt~d to ca~y out the ~stnass of the Otstrlct for the next ftscal ~ear, which Jh&ll be from Octobe~ 1 to end ~ncludtng September 30 following. The estimate shall have for what purpose the monies required and the amount necessary to be raised by taxation wtthtn the Ot'strtct. At the time and place for fixing the annual rate of taxation for county purposes, the Board shall ftx and cause to be levted on all property within the Otstrtct'subJe~t to taxation a millage sufficient to meet the requt[ements of the esttmate~ provided, hoover, the total millage shall not excee~ the millage authorized by law for rmntclpal service taxing or benefit units. SECTIO~ FIVE: Taxes herein' provided ,for shall be asseiSed' and collected 'in the sam manner and rom as provld~d fo~ the assessment and collection of general county taxes and subject to the sme fees for assessing and collecting as general county taxes. ~ECTION SIX: This Ordinance shall be liberally construed to'effectuate its public purpose.
