SECTION ONE
Collier County Ordinance No, 79-13 is hereby amended by adding the
following described land to the Forest Lake Homes Unit No. 1 Street Lighting
Forest Lake Homes Unit 1 Subdivision as recorded in
Plat Book 12, Pages 41-46 inclusive less and except
the following:
A tract of land in Section 14, Township 49 South, Range
25 East, Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
From the northwest corner of said Section 14, run S 00°19'
00" W, along the west line of said Section 14 for 50.00
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNINA on the southerly right-of-
way line of State Road S-896 (Pine Ridge Road); thence run
east, along said right-of-way line, for 1275.27 feet; thence
south, for 164.44 feet to a point on curve; thence 233.53 feet
along the arc of a curve, concave to the northwest, having a
radius of 1527.85 feet and subtended b~ a chord having a

A. Construction
This ordinance shall be liberally construed to effectuate its public purpose.
If any portion, phrase or word of this ordinance i's held invalid or uncon-
stitutional, the remaining parts shall not be affected.
B. Effective Date
Effective date of this ordinance shall become effective as provided by law.
