Section 1. Collier County Ordinance No. 70- ~
Section 2 of Chapter 67-1233, Laws of Florida are ~er y
repealed.
Section 2. This Board does hereby declare that an
emersency exists and that immediate enactment of this Ordinance
ia necessary, and by no lesl~ than four-fifths (4/5) vote of
the membership of the Board does hereby waive notice of
intent to consider this Ordinance.
A certified copy of this Ordinance, as enacted, shall
be filed by the Clerk of the Board with the Department of
State of the State of Florida, as soon after enactment as is
practicable by depositin~ the same with the po~tal authorities
of the government of the United States for special delivery
by certified mail, postage prepaid, to'the Florida Dep~rti,'~
of State. ~ -- 'TI
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect when~ ~ ~-'
copy has been accepted by the postal authorities of th~.
8overnment of the United States for special delivery
certified mail to the Florida Department of State.
