the cost of construction, erection, alteration or repair.

For ell other constructions, erections, alterations, repairs, the
pemit fee is not to be based upon the above deterBlned costs of cone
structiou but shall be deteruined by reference to the construction con-
truct/agreet~nt using the folloYlng schedule provided there shall be ·
minimum £ee of $27,$0.
(1) ~ess than $100,00 - BO Pernit Required (except electrical
and/or plumbing)
(2) $100.00 through $&,999.00 * A Fee of
(3) $5,000.00 through $19,999.99 - A Fee of $i2.$0 plus SS.GO per
thousand dollars of building valuation in excess of $5,000.001
(&) $50,000.00 through $1~000,000,00 -AFee of $2f2.50 plus $2.$0

($) Over $1,000,000.00 - A Fee of $2,627.$0 plus $2.00 per thou-
sand dollars of building valuation in excess of $1,000,000.00;
(6) A Fee of $27.50 - To move a building, sign or structure
(7) A Fee of S27.50 - To move a single trailer or mobile home to
an approved area;
(g) A Fee of $t0.00 - To move a double wide trailer or mobile home
to an approved area;
(9) A Yes of $27.$0 - Demolition of a building;
(10) Any additional inspections of any type required due to the Job
not being ready for inspection shall result in an additional
fee of $10.00 for the first recall, $20.00 for the second re=
call, and $25.00 for the third recall and each successive re-
call.

At the discretion of the Building Official, · notarized statement
of contract cost or copy of the construction contract or agreement may
be required.
SECTION TI~O: Coal}act and Serverance:
In the event this Ordinance conflicts with any other applicable
law, the more restrictive shall apply. If any portion of this Ordinance
ia in conflict with any ordinance of any municipality within Collier
County, it shall not be effective within that municipality to the extent
of such conflict. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase
or portion of this Ordinance is, for any reason, held invalid or uncon-
stitutional by any court of competent Jurisdiction, such portion shall
be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision of such holding
and shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion hereof.
SECTION TEREE: Penalties:
A violation of any provision of this Ordinance ia a misdemeanor and
the violator shall be punished according to law. Each violation shall
constitute a separate offense. In addition to the civil remedies pro-
vided herein0 the Board of County Cmissionera shall have the po~er to
collaterally enforce, the provisions noteithstsndins,any criminal prose-
