NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida~
SECTION ONEt
SECTION 'i~0 of Ordinance 80-80 is hereby amended
By inserting after the first sentence of SECTION TW~~
the followtngt
'The Emergency Medical Services Council shall also
have the right, responsibility and duty to review any
complaints r~cetved by it concerning the quality of
the emergency medical services being ~:endered by ao~y
duly authorized*emergency medical ~crvices provid~
wJ. tb{.~ Co]]{-~ County, ~o e~ab].ish a procedure ~r
reviewing such complaints and to recommend to t~
Board of County Commissioners of Collier County~he
action, if necessary, that would be appropriate to
resolve such complaint or complaints.
SECTION TWOt
This Ordinance shall become effective as provided by law.
