AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION TWO OF ORDINANCE
NO. 78-67 TO AMEND THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PELICAN
BAY LIGHTING MU~IICIPAL SERVICE TAXING DISTRICT~
BY ADDING THATCERTAIN RECORDED SUBDIVISION KNOWN
AS PELICAN BAY UNIT IV.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY CO}MISSIONERS OP
.COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA~
SECTION ONE~ Section Two of Ordinance No. 78-67 providing
for the District boundaries of the Pelican Bay Lighting Municipal
Service Taxing District shall be amended to read as follows~
Section Two: The district boundaries shall be as
follows=
All of the lands encompassed in that certain recorded
subdivision known as Pelican Bay Unit I, as recorded An
Plat Book 12, Pages 47-52, inclusive, of the public
records of Collier County, Florida; and
All of the lands encompassed in that certain recorded
subdivision known as Pelican Bay Unit II, except for
those parcels designated Parcels "M", "N" and "O" within
said Pelican Bay Unit II, as recorded in Plat Book 12,
Pages 74-79 of the public records of Collier County,
.Florida; and
All of the lands encompassed in that certain recorded
'subdiVis'i'on known as P~"llc~n Bay 0nit IV -.Bl. ocks.
Parcels A, B, and E as recorded in Plat
30-32~ inClUsive, of 'the Public Records of Collier
County, Florida.
SECTION T~';O: This Ordinance shall become effective as
provided by law.
