Ordinance 82-119ORDINANCE NO. 82 - 119 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 79-32, THE COM~REHENS IVE PLAN FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, BY AMENDIN(; THE WO.RK STUDY AREA MAP #2 FROM COMMERCIAL ',TO RESIDENTIAL MEDIUM-HIGH DENSITY (6.22-~(1~ UNITS PER GROSS ACRE) ON THE FOLLOWING.~ DESCRIBED PROPERTY.' APPROXIMATELY 3.23. ACRES LOCATED IN SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 48 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, William R. Vines, representing Wiggins B~y Associates, LTD., petitioned the Board of County Commis- sioners to change the Land Use Classification of the herein described real property; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida: SECTION ONE: The Land Use Classification of the herein described property is changed from Commercial to Residential Medium- High Density and the Work Study Area Map #2, as described in Ordinance 79-32 is hereby amended accordingly: A parcel ~of land lying in the southwest quarter of Section 16, Township 48 South, Range 25 East; Collier County, Florida, being described as follows: Commencing at the west quarter corner of said Section 16, run S 00"46'55" E along the westerly right-of-way line of County Road 805-A a distance of 156.73 feet; thence N 89"13'05" E 100.00 feet to the Point of Curvature of the easterly right-of-way line of County Road 805-A, and said point also being the Point of Beginning; thence N 00046' 55" w 105.48 feet to a point of curvature; thence 38.79 feet along the arc of a curve, concave to the southeast, having a radius of 25.00 feet and subtended by a chord having a length of 35.02 feet and bearing N 43"40'17" E to a point of tangency; thence N 88"07'23"c~ E 856.00 feet; thence S 01052'37'' E 335.00~ feet; thence S 88°07'23'' W 897.22 feet to a~ point on a curve; thence 205.63 feet along? the arc of a curve, concave to the west,~ having a radius of 1960.08 feet and subtende(~ by a chord having a length of 205.53 feet an~ bearing N 02"13'30" E to the Point o~ Beginning. -, Said parcel containing 6.81 acres more or less.
